Charak reviews BJP’s preparations for month long Yoga Festival
Says PM Modi true Yoga ambassador, who get international recognition for Yoga

Ramban, May 25: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and District Udhampur-Ramban-Doda & Kishtwar in-charge of International Yoga Day on Thursday reviewed party's preparations for celebrations of month long Yoga Festival in Ramban. Speak-ing on the occasion, Charak termed Prime Minister Narendra Modi as most diligent Yoga ambassador for the campaign under which International Yoga Day will also be celebrated with great pomp in every assembly constituency.
Charak said that International Yoga Day is celebrated every year on 21st June. Realizing the importance of yoga, all the countries of the world celebrate Yoga Day.
He said that this time Yoga Day is coming in the series of monthly program Maha Sampark Abhiyan taken by BJP, it will be celebrated systematically in the assembly constituencies so that maximum people can be motivated towards Yoga.
He said that the practice of yoga is beneficial for the health of body and mind. Yoga keeps the body disease-free and also gives peace to the mind. Yoga has been happening in India since the era of sages. Yoga is associated with Indian culture, which has now spread abroad as well. The credit for spreading yoga abroad goes to our yoga gurus, who told about the usefulness and importance of yoga in foreign lands.
Charak said that the International Day of Yoga, which was first celebrated on June 21, 2015, is gaining popularity and acceptance every year. Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been the most diligent Yoga ambassador to get Yoga international recognition in the world.
Narendra Modi has personally supported the cause of Yoga and has tried his best to establish Yoga at the international level as well, as a result of which today more than 180 countries are participating in the international level. Jobs celebrate International Yoga Day on 21 June, which has led to a revived interest from all age groups.
