HC issues contempt notice to SHO Gandhi Nagar, seeks compliance

JAMMU, Apr 22: Justice Sanjay Dhar of J&K High Court issued contempt Notice to SHO Gandhi Nagar Jammu Mr Bharat Sharma for not implementing the court orders pertaining to sharing in house to women. She is hunting for Justice from last 8 years and now for implementing the court orders case pending last 8 years she is seeking Justice.
Mr. A. K. Sawhney Advocate, Aseem Sawhney Advocate, Sarfraz Ahmed, Dheeraj Singh Tania Bukhari Advocates filed the contempt petition in the High Court alleging that SHO in connivance with the respondents not implementing the court orders and delaying deliberately by lame excuses.
Mr. Aseem Sawhney argued the matter at length and brought to notice of the court that on extraneous considerations the court orders not being implemented all the times the women sent back to Rajouri. High Court took serious note and issued contempt notice to SHO Gandhi Nagar and sought compliance of the orders.
