2 killed in mishap

Bhaderwah, Sept 1: Two persons were killed and four others injured when their car skidded off the road and rolled down into a deep gorge in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said today.
The victims were on their way from Bhaderwah to Thanala belt in the district when the driver lost control of the vehicle and it rolled down into a deep gorge in Thanala belt last night.
38-year-old Irshad Ahmed and 36-year-old Nisar Ahmed, both residents of district Doda, were killed and four others were injured in the mishap, police said.
The injured Mashook Ahmed (38), Abdul Karim (39), Abdul Hamid (40) and his 10-year-old daughter Ayana Tabassium, all residents of Aul Udhanpur in district Doda, were injured, they said.
