HC stays premature retirement of Deputy Forester

Jammu: In a petition filed by Nazar Hussain Deputy Forester challenging the premature transfer order issued by Conservator of Forest West Circle Jammu-Rajouri, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal disposed of the petitioner with the direction to that the petition be treated as representation to the Conservator of Forest who shall reconsider the matter and issue fresh order in consonance with the transfer policy meanwhile the till the issuing of fresh order, impugned transfer of petitioner shall remain in abeyance.
