Jammu: In a complaint filed by one Jasbir Singh seeking registration of FIR against Anil Choudhary and Aditi Sharma w/o Anil Choudhary for allegedly encroaching the state land in Village Rohi Babiliana at RS Pura, Forest Magistrate Jammu Slahuddin Ahmed after gone through the complaint, observed that the matter requires thorough investigation by police and directed I/C Crime Branch Jammu to verify the matter and in case congnizanes offence is made out out, then to investigate under law and submit report in accordance with law. According to the complaint both the non-applicants are trespassing and encroaching upon state lands by threat of political pressure and use of influence and otherwise in connivance with Govt Officials whose role if required tobe through examined by SP Crime and also the restoration of the land to the state and seeking registration of FIR against Anil Choudhary and Aditi Sharma and after conducting thorough investigation against them file a criminal challan against them in competent court of law.
