25/01/2015

Jammu: In an emergency meeting of various Sikh organization J&K was held under the Chairmanship of S. Mohinder Singh, Chief organizer, Bhai Kanahiya Jee Nishkam Sewa Society J&K and Ex-member D.G.P.C, Jammu with a Joint meeting with Sikh United Front, All India Students Sikh Federation, Sikh Naujawan Sabha, Sikh Welfare Society, Ex-member D.G.P.C Jammu, wherein they mentioned that since the results of Elections of Assembly for formation of Government in J&K State were announced on 23rd of December 2014, wherein PDP got 28 seats, thus the people of Kashmir had made the patty as single largest party under the Chief Patron Mufti Mohd. Sayeed for forming a secular Party in J&K State as the leaders in Kashmir do not want a Government with BJP, which being a good party.
In this regard they were in All praise for the Ex-Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who on 08-01-2015 wrote to the Governor N.N. Vohra, by giving PDP an unconditional support to PDP, with 15 MLAs of National conference besides Independents also, who also wish that there should be a Secular Government formation in J&K State, besides Gh. Nabi Azad who had won 12 congress seats had also conveyed to Mufti Mohd. Sayeed for formation of a secular Govt. in J&K State by discharging BJP Govt. but they are very much annoyed over the silence of Mufti Mohd. Sayeed thus they should clear the position, because if they want to get BJP support for formation of Government in J&K State, then they are totally mistaken, as the Government, so formed with BJP support Shall not run for a long time because of Communal harmony in state. They further expressed and appreciated that the refusal of Ex-Chief Minister Omar Abdullah of not extending the support of 15 NC MLAs with BJP for the reason that they do not want any communal Sarkar be formed as during the last over 67 years, there had been a secular Government in J&K State.
In case they do not want to form a Govt. they should also ask the Governor to make fresh elections like Delhi, hence this proposal to Mufti Mohd Sayeed. All the member/ MLAs should approach the Governor so as to refresh elections on the pattern, of Delhi, as elections are being made the again which is very important at this stage that all parties should approach the Governor collectively for fresh elections on the pattern and Mohd Mufti Sayeed shall be solely responsible for all the Consequences.
