Court restrains Amar Singh Club for admitting any fresh member

Jammu, Nov 28: In a suit filed by members of the Amar Singh Club seeking the election of Executive Committee Amar Singh Club null and void and inoperative also seeking fresh elections of the executive committee also seeking injunction order against the management of the club for enrolment of new members of the club.
CJM Jammu Mr. Suneet Gupta after hearing Adv Vikram Sharma appearing for the petitioners whereas Adv Amit Gupta appearing for the Club observed that permanent members of the club is already out numbered against the permissible limits provided u/s 12 of the constitution and restrained Management of Amar Singh Club to initiate any process for enrolling or admitting any fresh member to the defendants Amar Singh Club Jammu till next date of hearing.
