Congress appoints Manoj Yadav as AICC Joint Secretary, in-Charge of J&K, Ladakh

NEW DELHI, Sep 24: Congress President Sonia Gandhi appointed Manoj Yadav as Joint Secretary of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) on Saturday. Along with this, he has been made Congress in-charge in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
The official Twitter handle of INC Sandesh, (official announcement twitter handle of Indian National Congress), tweeted a photograph of the press release generated by the party today, stating that the Congress President has appointed Manoj Yadav as Joint Secretary, AICC, attached to the AICC-in-charge of Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh.
