HC suspends sentence of Patwari, grants bail

Jammu, Apr 22: Justice Rajnesh Oswal of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court suspended the sentence to Patwari who was convicted and sentenced for one year imprisonment by the Special Judge Anti-corruption Jammu.
High Court after hearing Sr. Adv Sunil Sethi with Adv Parimoksh Seth, also granted bail to Patwari Mohammad Sharief with observations that he shall furnish bail bonds along with two solvent sureties to the tune of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of Registrar Judicial of this Court. He shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of UT of J&K without prior permission of this Court. That he shall appear before this Court on each and every date of hearing. JNF
