‘Doing a film on cricket is part of my bucket list!’: Ayushmann Khurrana

Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana’s knowledge and precise observations on cricket have been a revelation this World Cup! He has engaged with cricket fanatics from across the globe and shown that is an avid follower of the game.
He has also earlier revealed that he was an under-19 district level cricketer in Punjab and that he follows the sport with a lot of passion.
Ayushmann is quite keen to do a film on cricket soon! He exclusivley told us, “Doing a film on cricket is a part of my bucket list and I hope it gets fulfilled soon! I think my cricket skills will come real handy whenever such a film happens.”
It has been long rumoured that Ayushmann Khurrana is set to essay the legendary former Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly in a biopic that will surely grip the nation’s attention.
His statement fuels this speculation even further, as an announcement of this huge project is expected to be made soon.
Ayushmann is currently enjoying the phase in his career where his last release Dream Girl 2 crossed 100 crores at the box office.
The film has brought in a much needed respite for the actor since his last few films like An Action Hero, Doctor G and Anek hadn't performed well.
