HC empanlled two arbitrators for JKIAC

Jammu, Jan 18: International Arbit-ration Committee, High Court of J&K & Ladakh, Jammu/Srinagar empanelled 2 technocrats namely Sh. Shakti Sagar, Chief Engineer (Retd.) and Ms. Renu Mahajan, Secretary, Legislative Assembly (Retd.) as Arbitrators in terms of Rule 11(c) of Jammu and Kashmir International Arbitration Centre (JKIAC) (Internal Management) Rules, 2020 with immediate effect.
