‘Comedy is serious business’: Geetanjali Mishra

Geetanjali Mishra, who is better known as Mrs Rajesh Singh in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, is in a happy space and getting a positive feedback for her role.
She says,”I am spontaneous in real life, so is Rajesh. I have two nephews in real life and nine kids on reel, so relating to my character isn’t that difficult.”
She adds, “I also feel comedy is the most serious business because we have to control our laughter while acting.”
About the changing contours of the TV industry, she says, “In our country there is still a majority of population living in small towns.
A significant number of people are not tech savvy and love to watch television, so TV will always retain its audience.”
