Searches launched in Kathua after suspicious movement reported

SRINAGAR, May 14: Police on Tuesday launched a massive search operation in Jathana village of Kathua district in Jammu & Kashmir after locals reported the movement of some suspicious elements in the area.
Officials said that residents of Jathana village spotted the movement of six suspicious individuals and subsequently informed the police. Following this report, a search operation was launched by the police and the army in the village, which falls under the jurisdiction of Police Station Rajbagh.
