PTTI Vijaypur holds pipping ceremony for promoted police personnel

Jammu, Jul 9: The Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI), Vijaypur, on Thursday organised a ceremonial pipping function to honour six police personnel who were recently promoted under the orders issued by the Police Headquarters, Jammu and Kashmir.
The ceremony was presided over by Ranjit Singh Sambyal, IPS, Principal, PTTI Vijaypur, who formally pinned the new ranks on the promoted personnel in the presence of gazetted officers and staff members of the institute.
Congratulating the promotees, Sambyal said promotions bring greater responsibility, leadership and commitment to public service.
He urged them to discharge their duties with professionalism, integrity, discipline and dedication while upholding the values and traditions of the Jammu and Kashmir Police.
The officers promoted included SI Priya Bavoria and SI Susheel Kumar, who were elevated to the rank of Inspector; ASI Vijay Kumar and ASI Rashid Mohd, who were promoted as Sub-Inspectors; and Selection Grade Constables Subash Chander and Mastan Singh, who were promoted to the rank of Head Constable.
The promoted personnel thanked the Principal and the institute administration for organising the ceremonial function and recognising their achievement.
The event concluded with a reaffirmation of the institute's commitment to recognising merit, motivating personnel and promoting a culture of excellence and dedicated public service in the Jammu and Kashmir Police.
