Rusted mortar shell recovered in Poonch, defused

Jammu, Sep 21: Army on Monday recovered an old rusted mortar shell at a village in Poonch district & defused it, officials said.
The shell was found in Bagyala Dhara village of Haveli tehsil. The Army's Bomb Disposal Squad was called in and it was safely defused at the spot, they said. No loss of life or property was reported, officials added.
