Naseer Ahmad Dar posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Srinagar

JAMMU, Sep 29: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has ordered the transfer and posting of Naseer Ahmad Dar, Director, J&K Judicial Academy, as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, against an available post.
The order was issued by the Office of the Registrar General in the interest of administration.
The High Court has further directed that the additional charge of Director, J&K Judicial Academy be assigned to the Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, until further orders.
The administrative changes have been ordered with immediate effect, as per the directions of the High Court.
